These Terms of Use govern your use of gemaxiom.com (the "Site"), which is operated by GEMAXIOM, Inc. ("GEMAXIOM", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms cover the Site only. Use of the GEMAXIOM product and of our services is governed by a separate written agreement.
Private areas of the Site
Some pages are available only to visitors we approve. Access is granted at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.
The private areas are provided so that you can evaluate GEMAXIOM for your organization. You may not copy, publish or share their content outside your organization without our written permission, and you may not use it to build or improve a competing product or service.
Content and intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, product pictures, frameworks and downloads, is owned by GEMAXIOM, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. GEMAXIOM and the related names and marks are trademarks of their owners.
You may view the content to learn about and evaluate GEMAXIOM. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written authorization.
Demonstrations, samples and figures
Product pictures on the Site show demonstration data. Scenes with people are illustrative.
Figures on the Site, such as time saved or reductions in redundant work, are illustrative or modeled. They are not a guarantee of the results any organization will achieve.
Descriptions of other vendors are summaries of their published pages on the date shown and may have changed since.
The Strategy Execution Diagnostic is a directional self-assessment based on your responses. It is not a formal audit, benchmark study or independent evaluation of organizational performance.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaks the law
- try to gain access to areas, systems or data you are not authorized to use
- collect content from the Site by automated means
- interfere with the operation or security of the Site
Links to other sites
The Site links to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
