This Privacy Policy explains how GEMAXIOM, Inc. ("GEMAXIOM", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information through gemaxiom.com (the "Site").
It covers the Site only. Information that a customer places in the GEMAXIOM product is governed by that customer's written agreement with us.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request site access, a walkthrough, a proof of value, an independent review or a conversation about our services, or when you contact us, we collect what you enter in the form. This includes your name, work email address, organization and role. It also includes anything you choose to tell us about your organization, such as its industry, revenue range, strategic goals and the challenges you want to resolve.
Information collected automatically. Some pages of the Site use Google Analytics, which collects information such as the pages viewed, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location. Our hosting provider may also record standard technical information, such as the internet address a request came from and the time it was made.
Information we do not collect. The Strategy Execution Diagnostic runs in your browser. Your answers and your result are not sent to us. We do not ask for payment information on the Site.
How we use information
We use the information to:
- respond to your request and arrange what you asked for
- decide whether to grant access to the private areas of the Site
- communicate with you about GEMAXIOM, our services and your engagement with us
- understand how the Site is used and improve it
- protect the Site and meet our legal obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with:
- service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you, such as providers of hosting, email delivery and analytics. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
- authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect our rights or the safety of others
- a successor, if GEMAXIOM is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets
Cookies and similar technologies
Google Analytics uses cookies. The Site also stores your choice of light or dark display in your browser so it is remembered on your next visit. The Site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site will still work.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, or for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, and information sent through the Site is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International visitors
The Site is operated from the United States. If you use it from another country, your information will be processed in the United States.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. You may also ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will respond within the time the law requires.
Children
The Site is intended for business professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
